Tom DeLay served as the U.S. House Majority Leader from 2003 to 2005, representing Texas's 22nd congressional district for over two decades. Known as "The Hammer" for his disciplined approach to Republican unity, he was one of the most powerful figures in American conservative politics.
A proud Texan and steadfast conservative, Tom DeLay has been a foundational leader and champion of the Cypress Republicans, inspiring generations of grassroots activists to stand firm in their values and fight for a stronger Texas.

Our Vision
Cypress Republicans are proud to stand by a vision which reflects the commitment to creating a vibrant organization of engaged members, whose beliefs represent essential, conservative values. Those values include the safeguarding of Judeo-Christian principles, peace through military strength, border security, the right to bear arms, transparent economic policies, traditional marriage between one biological man and one biological female, pro-life, and the encouragement of the nuclear family.
