You understand that consent is not a condition of purchase or membership.

9.2 Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

9.3 A2P 10DLC Compliance

Cypress Republicans uses Application-to-Person (A2P) 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) messaging services that comply with carrier requirements and federal regulations. Our messaging campaigns are registered with mobile carriers to ensure reliable delivery and compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws.

9.4 Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message
  • Following any opt-out instructions provided in our messages

After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may continue to receive messages for a short period while we process your request.

Our text messaging service is available on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Service may not be available on all carriers.

9.7 Privacy and Data Use

Your mobile phone number and related information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

9.8 No Liability for Carrier Issues

Cypress Republicans is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9.9 Changes to Text Messaging Terms

We reserve the right to modify or terminate our text messaging service or these terms at any time with or without notice. We will notify you of material changes via text message or email.

10. Political Disclaimers

This is not an endorsement of Cypress Republicans PAC, its President, or its Campaign Activities Chairman, but only candidate information to help you make an informed decision and get involved with the candidate of your choice.

Political advertising paid for by Cypress Republicans PAC. Contributions are not federal tax deductible as charitable contributions. Corporate contributions are not permitted.

All Republican candidates are invited to provide information about upcoming campaign activities and events, and we will be happy to publish details. This is not a club endorsement, club president endorsement, or campaign chair endorsement—only candidate information to help you make an informed decision and get involved with the candidate of your choice.

Solicitations made by federal candidates and officeholders at events are limited by federal law. The federal candidates and officeholders speaking are soliciting only donations of up to $2,400 from individuals and up to $5,000 from multi-candidate political committees. They are not soliciting donations in any amount from corporations, labor organizations, national banks, federal contractors, or foreign nationals.
